They also have the chance to take day trips to Broadway shows, mystery trips and much more. For more adventurous types, multiday trips are also scheduled to places like Mackinac Island and far beyond.

Release of Liability
Read Carefully - This Affects Your Legal Rights

The following applies to any person that participates in a Harvest Club trip or event sponsored by Community State Bank. In consideration of and in recognition of the Company's reliance hereon, attendees agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (this "Release").

I freely and voluntarily execute this Release. I acknowledge that the ability to participate in the Activity is sufficient consideration for this Release.
I understand that the participation in the Activity, including without limitation, being a passenger in a vehicle operated by Community State Bank or its agent may be hazardous and has the potential to cause serious physical injury or death to me. I am also aware of the highly contagious nature of bacterial and viral diseases, including the 2019 novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) (collectively, the "Disease") and the risk that I may be exposed to or contract the Disease by engaging in the Activity, which may result in illness, personal injury, psychological injury, pain, suffering, temporary or permanent disability, death, property damage, and/or financial loss.
I agree to:
- Participate in the Activity, including transportation to the Activity with full knowledge of the dangers and potential hazards involved;
- Waive all claims against the Releasing Parties or any of them I may have in future against Community State Bank, their owners, their heirs, employees, executors professionals, agents and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties");
- Release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all liability for personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting from my participation in the Activity due to any cause, including but not limited to negligence (failure to use such care as a reasonably prudent and careful person would use under similar circumstances), breach of any duty imposed by law, breach of contract or mistake or error of judgment;
- and Be liable for and to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties from all actions,
I agree to observe and obey all Property rules and guidelines, and further agree to follow any and all oral instructions or directions given by an employee, representative, or agent of Community State Bank.
Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from this Release or any underlying claim shall be resolved under Wisconsin law. Furthermore, all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Racine County, Wisconsin.

BY SIGNING UP FOR A HARVEST CLUB EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE AND THAT YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE COMPANY.
