MT. PLEASANT - Community State Bank announces the beginning of construction of its new Mt. Pleasant office. The relocation of the current office from 8338 Washington Avenue to 8930 Washington Avenue will offer customers easier access, better parking and an expanded drive thru. 
 
 “We are extremely excited about the relocation of our office and the proposed development within the Village of Mt. Pleasant,” said Steven Bell, Community State Bank President and CEO. “The new facility will allow us to be more accessible, expand our work space and utilize the latest technology. We feel this will enhance our focus on providing exceptional banking products and first class service. When combined with our local commitment it will have a positive effect in the community.”

The new one-story, 5,200 square-foot facility is expected to be completed July 2009 and will feature a full-service banking center with a spacious and comfortable atmosphere to do business. As with the current location, the new Mt. Pleasant office will continue to offer residential lending, commercial lending and a full range of deposit products along with the best of the Bank’s traditions such as local decision-making, local lending and local servicing.

LaMacchia Group, LLC, Milwaukee, is the project designer and builder and will be overseen by Don Lawrence, Senior Project Manager and Jim Fryk, Senior Project Architect.
