designed for your employee’s convenience and your company’s
security. All accounts are payable in full at, or prior to, each

coverage up to 31 days. This can save you up to $15 a day,
and eliminates the need for filing insurance claims with your

| Report
a Lost or Stolen Card: |

To
report a lost or stolen debit card take the following
steps immediately to prevent any unauthorized transactions.
1. Call 1-800-423-7503 to cancel your
account with the debit card company.
2. Then, call any Community State Bank location to close
your account and make arrangements for your new card.
3. If the loss or theft took place on a weekend or a
holiday, please contact Community State Bank on the
next business day. |

Global Service™ offers access to toll-free assistance,
in over 140 languages, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This toll-free
number provides emergency card replacement within one business day
in the U.S. and within two business days outside the U.S. Cardholders
may also have the option of other benefits such as lost/stolen card
reporting, emergency cash advances, and MasterCard/Cirrus cash machine
locations.

VAT Reclaim Service is offered to companies that conduct
business within the European Union (EU). This service will process
