MyImage - Multifactor Authentication

Enhanced Security
At Community State Bank, our goal is to provide you with the most convenient and secure online banking. This is why we have implemented an enhanced security feature called MyImage that will reduce your risk to online threats.

MyImage
The first time you log on after MyImage is live (October 29, 2007):
You will be guided through a step-by-step enrollment process. It will only take a couple of minutes and you will only have to do this once.
MyImage consists of 3 main elements.  

Authentication Image: an image such as the example to the right.

Authentication Pass Phrase: a caption you will type under the image, as in the "Delicate Flower" example pictured to the right.

Three Challenge Questions: You will be asked to select and answer three questions, with answers that only you would know.

MyImage also helps Community State Bank verify that you are really the person allowed to access your accounts.  You will have an option to click to register your personal computer, or a computer used exclusively by you.
Registered Personal Computers
If your personal computer is registered, the next time you Login to Online Banking, you will:

Enter your Access ID.

Recognize the Image and Pass Phrase are yours.

Enter your password.

Public Computers
You should not register computers that are not yours.  MyImage will not recognize an unregistered computer, so your Image and Pass Phrase will not automatically appear.  Instead, you will be asked to answer one of your Challenge Questions, so MyImage can be sure that it is really you trying to access your accounts. 

When you Log In to CSB Online Banking on a public computer:

Enter your Access ID.

A Challenge Question will appear. Answer it exactly as you did when you first registered your MyImage.

Enter your password.
