COMMUNITY STATE BANK AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS
TO LOCAL STUDENTS

Community State Bank is proud to announce the recipients of the Community State Bank scholarship awards for the 2006/2007 school year.

The recipients were: Amy Ziesemer , Shoreland Lutheran High School; Asha Sharma, J.I. Case High School; Richard Hebron, Union Grove High School; and Sarah Vogt, Waterford High School. All of the scholarship recipients were awarded $1000 scholarships for their scholastic achievements and their community involvement. Winners were selected from eligible applicants by a committee of Community State Bank employees. Scholarship certificates were presented at each student’s high school awards program.

Scholarship applications were open to high school seniors who have been accepted by an accredited college or business school and have indicated a commitment to pursue a course of study in a business or finance-related field.Every year, Community State Bank is pleased to support the higher education of our community’s youth by offering a scholarship program for high school seniors residing within the Community State Bank trade area.

Community State Bank also offers the Great Lakes Higher Education Corporation Federal Family Education Loan Program (formerly the guaranteed student loan program).
