MyImage is a new service for your internet banking security. This free security service that works along with your Access ID and Password as an added safety feature when you access Online Banking to help verify that you are on Community State Bank's authentic website.
A User (Access) ID and Password have been key components of online security for a long time. While the security features of internet banking have increased during this past decade, we all are aware of increasing security threats like identity theft.
Your diligent efforts to protect your password remain your top security defense. However, newer threats like Phishing are prompting us to use cutting edge technology to help safeguard your information as well. It's important to know who is really on the other end of your computer. MyImage is an additional layer of security to help both you and Community State Bank verify who is on the other end of the computer.
MyImage is an account access feature that uses a photo or graphic image to further enhance your account security.
Be Sure it's Community State Bank.Community State Bank wants you to be sure that when you enter your Access ID and Password, you are REALLY on our website, and not a fake one. You will be presented with an Image and Pass Phrase that will be our secret key that can assure that you are on Online Banking. Only you will know your selected Image and Pass Phrase. If you don't see the Image and Pass Phrase that you recognize, DON'T enter your password.
Community State Bank Makes Sure it's You. MyImage will provide an option to click to register your personal computer, or one used exclusively by you. If you choose to register the computer, MyImage will place a "cookie" and small Flash object on your computer. This will identify the computer as registered to you, but no personal or private data is stored.
The next time you Log in, MyImage will use this information to make sure it is your registered personal computer. If it is, you will see your Image and Pass Phrase, and be able to enter your Password. If your computer is not registered, MyImage will ask you to answer one of your Challenge Questions to verify you. When answered correctly, your Image and Pass Phrase will be presented.
You will be asked to register for this service and MyImage will be provided for you. You will view the following:
1. Authentication Image: You will be given an Image, or Photo, similar to the coffee cup and puppy pictured above.
2. Authentication Pass Phrase: Type a caption under the Image, such as "Mornings are Wonderful!". DO NOT type your password as this Image caption.
3. Three Challenge Questions: You will be asked to select and answer three questions, with answers that only you would know.
If you are on a personal computer that is not available to the public you may choose to register your computer. MyImage will place a cookie and small Flash object on your computer. The first time you log in to Online Banking, click the "First Time Users" button. The second time you log in you will be asked to register for MyImage. MyImage consists of three things:

Yes. There are thousands of images to choose from. Once you are logged in to Online Banking, you may change your image if you choose:
1. Click "Options" at the top of any screen.
2. Choose "Change Security Data" from the drop-down menu.
3. To change the image, click "Change Image."
4. Scroll through the Images until you find one you like.
5. Click on the Image.
6. Click "Submit" to save.
Yes. Once you are logged in to Online Banking, you may change your Pass Phrase:
1. Click "Options" at the top of any screen.
2. Choose "Change Security Data" from the drop down menu.
3. Click the box under the Image that says "Authentication Pass Phrase."
4. Type your phrase. No punctuation or special characters will be accepted.
DO NOT USE YOUR PASSWORD.
5. Click "Submit" to save.
Yes, you may choose among the questions provided. You can change your Challenge Question answers to almost anything. The answers should be something you can remember, but hard for others to guess. Once you are logged in to Online Banking, you may change your Challenge Questions and/or Answers as follows:
1. Click "Options" at the top of any screen.
2. Choose "Change Security Data" from the drop-down menu.
3. Under "Change Challenge Questions and Answers" click the drop down box of the Challenge Question you want to change and select the new question.
4. If you want to change your Answer, enter it in the box under the related Question. No punctuation or special characters will be accepted.
5. Click "Submit" to save.
You will be asked whether you are using a Personal Computer or Public Computer. Choosing a Personal Computer will make it a Registered Computer. Do not select this option if the public has access to the computer. By using a Registered Computer, Community State Bank will be able to verify you automatically, and will not need to ask Challenge Questions.
Registered Personal Computers
If your personal computer is registered, the next time you log in to Online Banking, you will:
1. Enter your Access ID
2. Verify if the Image and Pass Phrase are yours:
If yes, enter your Password
If not your Image or Pass Phrase (or missing), DO NOT enter your Password
Unregistered Public Computers:
You should not register computers that are not yours. MyImage will not recognize an unregistered computer, so your Image and Pass Phrase will not automatically appear. Instead, you will be asked to answer one of your Challenge Questions, so MyImage can be sure that it is really you who wants to access your accounts. When you log in to Online Banking on a public computer:
1. Enter your Access ID
2. A Challenge Question will appear. Answer it exactly.
3. Verify if the Image and Pass Phrase are yours.
If yes, enter your Password
If not your Image or Pass Phrase (or missing), DO NOT enter your Password
Yes, you may register all of your personal computers. For your protection, do not register public computers so your Image and Pass Phrase can remain our extra layer of security.
Yes, each of you will identified independently. We will be able to identify who each of you are based on your Access ID and the cookie placed on your personal computer at registration.
If you don't see your Image and Pass Phrase, or if they are not the right ones, DO NOT ENTER YOUR PASSWORD.
Try again by opening a new browser window. Go to Community State Bank's website by typing http://www.communitystatebank.net as the address. Do not go to the page using any links or an email sent to you. Click Log In, and try again. If you still do not see the correct Image or Pass Phrase, contact Community State Bank at 262-878-3763 for assistance.
If you forget the answer to your Challenge Question, you will be asked one of your other Challenge Questions. If you forget the answer to that question too, you will be locked out of Online Banking. Contact Community StateBank at 262-878-3763 for assistance.
The caption under the image. When you register for MyImage, there will be a blank space under the Image for you to type a Pass Phrase. You may change the Pass Phrase (the caption of your image). Simply Log in to Online Banking, select "Options", then choose "Change Security Data". Type your new Pass Phrase under the image.
DO NOT type your ACCESS ID or PASSWORD as your Pass Phrase.
When you register, you will need to answer some questions with answers that only you should know. If we need to verify who you are, you will be presented with one of these questions to answer.
These Challenge Questions can be changed ONLY BY YOU at anytime you are logged in to Online Banking. Click Options, then select "Change Security Data".
You will be asked whether you are using a Personal Computer or Public Computer. Choosing a Personal Computer will make it a Registered Computer. Only select this option if the public does not have access to the computer. By using a Registered Computer, Community State Bank will be able to verify you automatically, and will not need to ask Challenge Questions.
You will be asked whether you are using a Personal Computer or Public Computer. Choosing a Public Computer will keep it as an Unregistered Computer. Keep this option marked if the public has access to the computer. When using an Unregistered Computer, Community State Bank will need to present Challenge Questions to verify your identity.
